Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Sentriplex account and the data associated with it. Sentriplex is a workplace tool, so the steps differ slightly depending on whether you are a member of an organization or the owner of one.

Option 1 — Delete from the app

  1. Open the Sentriplex app and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Delete my account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and removal begins.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@sentriplex.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and process the request. To protect your data, we only act on requests we can verify.

What gets deleted

Once verified, we delete or de-identify your personal data, including:

What may be retained, and why

DataRetention
Content shared into an Organization (channel messages, recordings, incident logs)May be retained by the Organization that owns it for its records/retention period. Contact your Organization's administrator to remove it.
Billing & transaction recordsRetained as required by tax/accounting law.
Security & audit logsRetained for a limited period for fraud prevention and legal compliance, then deleted.
BackupsPurged on our normal backup-rotation cycle.

Organization owners

If you are the owner of an organization, deleting your personal account does not automatically delete the organization and its members' data. To delete the entire organization workspace and all its data, email privacy@sentriplex.com from the owner account, or transfer ownership first.

Timing

Account deactivation is immediate. Full deletion of personal data is completed within 30 days, except where longer retention is required by law (see above). We will confirm by email when complete.
